🎉 Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, stall, or sponsorship and attending the event, you agree to the following rules and policies.

📌 Event Rules

  • Misconduct, mischief, or any form of bad behavior will lead to removal from the venue without refund.
  • The venue is a drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free zone.
  • Attendees must respect the venue, volunteers, and staff at all times.
  • Event dates and timings are subject to change with at least 24 hours prior notice.
  • If the event is cancelled by the organizers, refunds will be processed.
  • If cancelled due to natural disasters, legal restrictions, or government orders, no refund will be provided.
  • Organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Entry may be refused if IDs or tickets do not match the registered attendee details.
  • Security checks will be conducted. Attendees must comply with bag checks and frisking.
  • Professional photography, videography, or drone use is not allowed unless pre-approved.
  • The event doesn't include Dandiya it only include Garba.

  • Tickets are subject to availability and school confirmation.
  • Do not duplicate, share, forward, or tamper with your QR code. Each ticket is valid for one entry only.
  • E-tickets will be delivered to your WhatsApp and email within 24-72 hours of purchase.
  • Tickets include only the benefits listed under the Inclusions section.
  • Lucky Draw participation is based purely on chance. The organizers are not responsible for results.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation by organizers.
  • Prices are subject to change anytime at the discretion of the organizers.

🛍️ Stalls

  • Stalls purchased do not include banners, posters, or add-ons apart from what is officially mentioned.
  • Stalls are subject to availability and school approval.
  • Stall owners must maintain decorum and discipline at all times.
  • Strictly no alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or non-family/age-friendly items are permitted.
  • Stalls may operate only during official event timings.
  • Stall owners are responsible for any damage caused to school property.
  • Stall allotment is subject to First come First serve.

🤝 Sponsors

  • Sponsors must provide their own banners, artwork, and branding material within the allowed size and format.
  • Banners or branding must not be offensive, must match school decorum, and must be approved by the organizers.
  • Sponsorship packages include only the benefits listed in the official inclusions.
  • Sponsors must not promote or distribute offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content/items.
  • Organizers reserve the right to remove or reject sponsor branding that violates standards.
  • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by organizers.
  • Placement, visibility, and shout-outs are subject to timing and stage schedules.

💺 VIP Features

  • VIP services and features are subject to change anytime, with prior intimation by the organizers.
  • Free food and drinks are limited and will be provided as a hamper.
  • A group of volunteers will be assigned to VIP guests, not individual personal volunteers.
  • Access to lounges, seating, and other benefits will be based on availability.

📌 Disclaimer

  • Organizers hold the right to admission, participation, and sponsorship approvals.
  • By entering the venue, attendees and sponsors consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use.
  • The school and organizers are not liable for injury, health issues, or accidents during the event.

Refund Policy

By purchasing a ticket, stall, or sponsorship on Navratri Unplug’d, you agree to the following refund policy.

🎟️ Tickets


  1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased, except in the cases mentioned under “Refundable Situations.”

  2. Since tickets are issued as e-tickets, there is no physical return involved. E-tickets will be delivered digitally via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of purchase.

  3. Buyers must ensure their contact details are entered correctly during purchase to receive the ticket.

✅ Refundable Situations

Refunds for tickets will be processed only if:


  • The event is cancelled by the organizers (not due to natural disasters, legal restrictions, or government orders).

  • Payment is received but the ticket is not delivered within 24 hours to the registered WhatsApp number or email address.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be given if:


  • The buyer shares, forwards, or damages the QR code, making the e-ticket invalid.

  • The buyer is denied entry due to misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of event rules.

  • The event is cancelled due to natural disasters, legal restrictions, or government orders.

  • The buyer cannot attend the event for personal reasons after purchase.

  • The buyer provides incorrect or incomplete contact details, resulting in non-delivery of the e-ticket.

🛍️ Stalls


  1. Stalls are non-refundable once booked, unless the event itself is cancelled by organizers.

  2. Stalls are subject to availability and school approval. If approval is denied after payment, the amount will be refunded.

  3. Refunds will not be provided if the stall is rejected or removed due to violation of rules, misconduct, or selling restricted items.

🤝 Sponsors


  1. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, except in the case of complete event cancellation by organizers.

  2. Refunds will not be provided if a sponsor’s branding is removed or rejected due to violation of school/event decorum or promotion of restricted content.

Refund Timeline


  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval by organizers.
